🏢 What documents are required to open a Corporate Account?
If your account is registered under a corporate entity, please submit the completed Company Account Application Form together with the documents listed below.
📄 Company Documents
Please provide:
Certificate of Incorporation
Proof of Registered Address
Proof of Business Address (if different from the registered address)
Shareholders Register
Directors Register
Articles of Association
Memorandum of Association
Board Resolution authorizing the account opening
LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) (if applicable)
👤 Identity & Address Verification (Directors & Beneficial Owners)
Please provide for all directors and shareholders owning more than 10%:
Proof of Identity (color copy of a valid passport or driver’s license)
Proof of Address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months)
🏛️ Additional Requirements (Corporate Trust Accounts)
For Corporate Trust accounts, the following may also be required:
Original Trust Deed
Proof of identity and proof of address for all beneficial owners holding 25% or more of shares
