What documents do I need for a Corporate Trust account?

🏢 What documents are required to open a Corporate Account?

If your account is registered under a corporate entity, please submit the completed Company Account Application Form together with the documents listed below.



📄 Company Documents

Please provide:

  • Certificate of Incorporation

  • Proof of Registered Address

  • Proof of Business Address (if different from the registered address)

  • Shareholders Register

  • Directors Register

  • Articles of Association

  • Memorandum of Association

  • Board Resolution authorizing the account opening

  • LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) (if applicable)




👤 Identity & Address Verification (Directors & Beneficial Owners)

Please provide for all directors and shareholders owning more than 10%:

  • Proof of Identity (color copy of a valid passport or driver’s license)

  • Proof of Address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months)




🏛️ Additional Requirements (Corporate Trust Accounts)

For Corporate Trust accounts, the following may also be required:

  • Original Trust Deed

  • Proof of identity and proof of address for all beneficial owners holding 25% or more of shares
