Yes. You can partially close positions by modifying the trade volume in MT4 or MT5.

🖥️ How to partially close a position

On MT4 / MT5 (Desktop)

1. Open the Terminal (MT4) or Toolbox (MT5) window

2. Go to the Trade tab

3. Double-click on the open position you wish to modify

4. In the order window, change the Volume to the amount you want to close

   • Example: If your position is 1.00 lot and you enter 0.50 lot, you will close half

5. Click Close

The remaining portion of the trade will stay open.
