What documents does INFINOX require to open a live account?

📄 What documents are accepted as Proof of Address?

The following documents are accepted as valid Proof of Address:

  • Bank account statement (issued within the last 3 months)

  • Utility bill (issued within the last 3 months), including:

    • Electricity bill

    • Water bill

    • Landline telephone bill

    • Internet bill

    • TV connection bill

  • Revenue Authority certificate (valid for 1 year from the issue date)

  • Residence certificate (valid for 1 year from the issue date)




⚠️ Important Notes

  • Mobile phone bills are not accepted as Proof of Address.

  • Proof of Address is required as part of our account verification process in accordance with international regulatory and compliance standards.
