Below is a list of the required steps and documents to become fully verified.

📝 Step 1 – Complete the Questionnaire

Please complete our client questionnaire in your Client Area to verify your profile.

This helps us assess suitability and meet regulatory requirements.

🪪 Step 2 – Proof of Identity

Upload your Proof of Identity.

⚠ Important:

• Please upload both the front and back of your identity document (where applicable).

• The document must be valid and clearly visible.

Accepted Identity Documents:

• Photo ID (Front and back copy required)

• International Passport (Signature page required)

🏠 Step 3 – Proof of Address

Upload your Proof of Address.

⚠ Important:

• Your full name and residential address must be clearly visible

• The document must be issued within the last 3 months (unless otherwise stated)

Accepted Proof of Address Documents:

• Utility Bill (issued within the last 3 months)

• Bank Statement (issued within the last 3 months)

• Residence Certificate

• National ID Card (if it shows your current residential address)

• Driving License (if it shows your current residential address)

❗ Mobile phone bills are not accepted as Proof of Address.
